reclaiming wholeness

Life can be quite challenging and stressful, and I want you to know that you're not alone. I've had my own share of challenges and severe hardships, and at times I even felt I had no control over my life.  I draw on these experiences as well as my clinical training as I approach each new therapeutic alliance. Whether you are dealing with relationship issues, traumatic experiences, or grief over any sort of loss, I have a good sense of where you're coming from, because I've been there, too.

Going into therapy can seem pretty daunting at first. It's a tough undertaking, exploring your pain, anger or sense of hopelessness in the midst of despair or shame. But the rewards of therapy are getting your life back, feeling happy again, and looking at the world with a new or renewed sense of purpose and confidence.  By getting to know you and you getting to know me, I believe you can and will be greatly rewarded by healing and learning to live with the unavoidable injuries and scars of life through empathy, compassion, experience.
